  • Subscription Plans: If you are subscribed to a monthly or annual plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for previous payments.

  2. Include your order number, the name of the course, and the reason for the refund request.
  3. If applicable, indicate whether you have completed any course content.

3. Processing Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we will:

  • Notify you of the status of your request within 7 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Exceptions

The following purchases are non-refundable:

  • Courses that have been completed or have exceeded the refund eligibility period.
  • Any fees for services rendered that are not part of the course, such as certification exams or additional materials.
